The present book provides a framework for comprehending rhetorical and literary skills in a way that they persuasively support the client story: moving stories are those which synergically merge the two components. Embracing a rhetorical and a literary knowledge, inter alia, in writing clients' stories is what lawyers require. This book helps understand the implications behind the use of the rhetorical and the literary techniques to construct legal storytelling. It is so interesting in many aspects.
