Does absence of C4d in Renal Allograft Biopsies

"Does absence of C4d in Renal Allograft Biopsies affect the clinical course of Renal Transplant Recipients?" This original retrospective study was performed to analyze the clinical outcome of patients having C4d negative antibody mediated rejection. C4d negative ABMR, is a recent entity described having little clinical and prognostic implications. Our study provides and insight to the clinical outcome of this category.
